Chronos Portal
Chronos Portal is an integrated Web-server, designed to assist medical doctors and researchers in the process of diagnosing of several diseases. The Web-based applications contained in the Chronos portal, identifies the most probable gene variants causing a number of specific target disease, by using the genomic data provided for the patient by a medical expert as a FASTA or VCF data file.

Chronos Portal Web-based Application are implemented several Web-servers, using Windows, Apache, PHP, JavaScript, R and parallel computing architecture.
